Impactful

Classes are thoughtfully structured, combining the latest health and wellbeing science with ancient yoga wisdom for lasting physical and emotional gains.

Scaravelli-inspired yoga

Vanda Scaravelli was an influential yoga teacher whose background in professional dance shaped a deep understanding of movement, balance and rhythm. Her approach moved away from rigid alignment, emphasising listening, spinal freedom and an intelligent relationship with gravity to cultivate ease, awareness and a deeper body-mind connection. A flexible and healthy spine is essential for longevity and quality of life because it supports upright posture, enables effortless movement, and protects the central nervous system. A mobile, supple spine reduces chronic pain, prevents injury by lubricating joints, enhances, circulation, and alleviates mental stress through improved body

My training

My training, accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, is grounded in depth, curiosity and science-led understanding, shaped by academic and industry-led leaders in intelligent movement and contemporary anatomy.

My approach values intelligence over force and listening over control.

Learning alongside experts in movement science, fascia, neurophysiology and functional anatomy refined my ability to work skilfully with gravity, adaptability and individual difference.

This training bridges rigorous academic research with embodied practice, supporting movement that is safe, responsive and potententially life-chnaging.

The result is an approach rooted in evidence, enriched by lived experience, and dedicated to helping each body move with greater ease, clarity and confidence.

A trauma-informed approach

I bring a somatic, trauma-informed approach to yoga, informed by my own healing journey and learning with world-leading psychologists including Linda Thai, Janine Fisher, Richard Schwartz and Frank Anderson (Internal Family Systems) Gabor Maté (Compassionate Inquiry), and Laurence Heller (Neuro-affective Relational Model for CPTSD). I’ve also completed the Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Foundational Training, approved by Yoga Alliance. I support movement that is responsive, safe, and deeply attuned to the body’s intelligence.

Drawing on ancient yoga wisdom

With a lifelong engagement in yoga and traditional practices, Neville Cregan brings a deep connection to the ancient roots of movement, philosophy and healing. After formative time in India and Nepal, he completed a Humanities degree focused on Indian philosophy and religion, and has taught yoga history and philosophy — grounded in millennia‑old yogic and meditative traditions — on teacher training courses for over two decades. His teaching and therapeutic work draw on this rich tapestry of Eastern wisdom, integrating classical insights with embodied practice to support holistic wellbeing, mindful presence and informed self‑exploration.

In our fast, demanding and often overwhelming world, yoga is needed more than ever – not as something to perfect, but as a way to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and attune with ourselves in nourishing ways.

Trauma. Modern day iving. fast-paced world – plabbing, pereformance. pressure – it all affects our wellbeing – bodies and minds.  Yoga is needed more than ever – slow down, balance, get present. Nervous system regulation.

Yoga is the movement from scattered to integrated – through regular practice, people experience an unfolding from fragmentation into cohesion, connection and wholeness. Agency.

Embrace individual differences! Increase self awareness and make better choices. Embodied. Hatha. Kind and evidence-based – interoceptive.
